The following costs are based on normal Australia Post charges and delivery :

• Most handbags weigh under 1kg, the larger handbags may weigh up to 1.1kg
• Most jewellery pieces weigh under 100g each.
• Multiple pieces may be packed in the same parcel.
• Chic Sister will ensure every effort is made to despatch available products on time to ensure efficient delivery.
• All costs relating to delivery or freight are to be born by the reseller/purchaser.
• Damaged sustained during freight or delivery is not the accountability of Chic Sister. We encourage all resellers/purchasers to inspect goods on delivery or within seven (7) days of receipt.
• Chic Sister is not liable for any delivery delays encountered after the despatch of orders.
• Chic Sister is not responsible for any import tax charged on overseas purchases.
• Chic Sister is not responsible for cases of a customer failing to receive the package because they were not home, or customer not tracking the package.

 

Track your shipment:
Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of your purchases, however, some orders take longer depending on availability, at time of ordering, and destination state/country. Your purchase will be handled in the order it came, prepared, packaged and sent. Once your purchase has been shipped we will notify you by Email with your tracking number and what delivery company we used. Please make sure you enter the right Email address so you can receive our Email with the tracking number. Also make sure you write the correct delivery address. Chic Sister is not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.
